    Customized Return to Work

Individuals preparing to go back to work after an extended time away from work due to an injury may have some concerns about their abilities to perform the job safely and effectively. Through the use of the job descriptions and an understanding of essential job functions, ANS is able to recommend individualized programs for injured workers that simulate work demands and improve upon biomechanics. These programs expedite recovery to the workplace, and improve overall physical performance in the workplace.

    Work Conditioning

Work Conditioning is designed to restore musculoskeletal function including strength, power, endurance, joint mobility, and functional abilities to match the demands of work. Our Work Conditioning Programs generally range from 2-4 hours per week depending on the severity of the injury and the physical demand requirements of the job. The primary objective of the Work Conditioning program is to restore physical capacity and function to enable the injured worker to return to his or her pre-injury employment status. Emphasis on developing home excercise programs with continued telephone follow-up from our spine navigators.
